Returns / Stock Balancing Program

We view our relationship with you as a partnership. We want to help you sell more products. We want to assist you in the product selection process that needs to take place. We understand that until your customer’s see the new line selections in your store, together, we will not know which items are the top sellers and which are not.

To assist you during the process we provide a FREE Stock Balancing Program that eliminates the inventory liability that challenges most Dealers when they bring a new line on. Dealers may request stock balance for slow moving items whenever they feel an item is not selling as well as anticipated.

We require that all products be returned in resalable condition, and that the item not be a discontinued item. All Stock balance products must be shipped via prepaid freight back to our warehouse. Once received, we will issue a credit for the items that can be used for future purchases. Your account will be credited within 10 business days of receipt of your return.

Please note that defective Watershed items will not be accepted. Watershed requires all warranties issues be sent directly to them via the consumer.
